1. dear ed, i see that the flyers are interested in possibly getting another goalie. instead, start having the defensemen challenge the oncoming forwards at the blue line like the watson bros. and barry ashbee and the like used to do. these modern day socalled not stay at home don’t even seem willing to go to the ice to block the low shots. i watch about 5 minutes of a game and then i move on to something interesting. ed, bring back the checkers to force the forwards to dump the puck into the offensive zone. go broad street bullies. herm weber
