While you drink your Saturday morning coffee consider this: If a ref catches you sitting around your house not wearing your helmet you’re going to earn yourself a misconduct, or depending where your are maybe even a suspension. Earlier this week the OHL passed a new rule stating that if you take your own helmet off during a fight you get a one game suspension.
