Flyers center Danny Briere set up two goals and said his groin held up fine Friday night in the Phantoms’ 5-4 win over Lowell. “It felt better than it did on Wednesday,” Briere said of his second game on rehab assignment. “On Wednesday it got sore, it got tired in the third period, where tonight I felt fine throughout the game.” Briere said he might play one more game with the Phantoms Sunday night before joining the Flyers, possibly on Wednesday night against the Thrashers.
