Even though Danny Briere is not playing tonight, do to what he calls “business issues” and Paul Holmgren cites as “health concerns” (you’d think it’d be the other way around), I think after the All Star break the Flyers should get back to something that they briefly experimented with in the beginning of the season. Rather than look at their top 9 forwards as one unit and try to create the most balanced attack, I think they might be better off creating three distinct units that are all worse at the cost of the lines ahead of them. Since Danny Briere went down earlier in the season the Flyers lines have more or less been the same
