Last night NHL defenseman Luca Sbisa returned to his Western Hockey League junior team, the Lethbridge Hurricanes, for a game against the Portland Winterhawks . The Hurricanes won 4-3 in overtime, but besides his two assists and overtime winning goal Sbisa was hardly noticeable. With that win the Hurricanes moved into sole possession of 6 th place in the Eastern Conference, and now sit only 3 points out of 4 th place, which would be good enough to earn them a first round home playoff series. Sbisa is now tied for 140 th overall for points among defensemen .
