There are plenty of stars on the Flyers’ roster, but probably only one that’s irreplaceable. When Kimmo Timonen is out, the Flyers just don’t look like a confident bunch. That was evident in last year’s Eastern Conference finals. Timonen missed the first four games against the Penguins due to a blood clot in his foot, and the Flyers lost three of them.
