In the only move they made on a fairly quiet trade deadline day, the Flyer picked up Daniel Carcillo from the Phoenix Coyotes in exchange for Scottie Upshall and a 2nd round pick. For those of you that don’t know who Carcillo is all you really need to know is this: He’s a pretty little guy, listed at 5’11”, but he’s kind of what we hoped Steve Downie would be. Last year he managed to lead the NHL in penalty minutes with 324 in only 57 games
