Arron Asham scored two goals on feeds from rookie Claude Giroux while linemate Dan Carcillo created havoc on the forecheck as the Flyers won for the third time in four games and solidified their hold on fourth place in the Eastern Conference. “That line can play against anybody right now, and they’re physical,†Flyers coach John Stevens said. “They create what I call secondary offense.†Stevens played Briere sparingly in his second game back from groin pain, giving him just over 12 minutes of ice time, mostly on the power play and on the fourth line
