Joffrey Lupul sure looks excited, doesn’t he? You would be too if you got to play Washington tonight. It’s kind of a secret, but the Capitals are kind of awful. Since the Flyers and Caps last tangled on February 24th , the Capitals have had only one regulation win, and that was against Atlanta.
