We here at FGSB aren’t much for the types of trends and stats that boring journalists who work for the AP like to plug into their cookie-cutter articles. We don’t really buy into the fact that the lifetime series between two teams has any effect on the outcome of an upcoming game. We don’t think that just because Nitty has owned the Thrashers during his career that he will continue to do so for the rest of his life (if that were the case some team in the SE should hire him as a 60 year-old emergency back up and get 6 easy wins in the 2039 season ((if the SE division were still going to be around at that point))).
