Goaltender Ray Emery has agreed to a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Flyers. Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren announced the agreement at a news conference Wednesday. The free agent signing period opens July 1. The 26-year-old Emery spent last season in Russia with Atlant Mytischi of the Kontinental Hockey League, posting a 22-8-0 record with a 2.12 goals-against average.
