The Flyers are holding auditions for the Delta Dental Ice Team for the upcoming 2009-10 season on Saturday, September 12 at 1 p.m. at the Virtua Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, N.J. ( 601 Laurel Oak Road ). All candidates interested in auditioning must be able to skate. The Delta Dental Ice Team performs on the ice at all of the Flyers 41 home games at the Wachovia Center and represents the Flyers by making appearances at numerous community events throughout the season.
