Race (team bonding) “It was fun.  It was different.  The last couple of years we went to West Point and this was totally different.  Coming down here the weather was beautiful.   I had a chance to go on a nice sailboat with some of the guys including a couple of new faces on the team and got to know each other a little better. Iliked it.” Your team was at a disadvantage in that you crossed the starting line last, jumped to the lead and then faltered at the end finished in 2nd place.   What happened?
