I have to agree with some other assessments out there in that the NHL’s Winter Classic commercial is pretty decent. It’s a nice mixture of hockey, Elf, The Day After Tomorrow, nostalgia, and Slovakian giants. There’s just one thing I’m not entirely sure of. There’s Pronger, yep. Richards, check. Can’t miss Hartnell’s hair or Carter’s scar. And Danny Briere let’s you know why the Polar Express was almost a real life movie as the leading man. But is that Ryan Parent coming out of the locker room?
