So here we sit at the halfway point of the season. We are no where near where we thought we would be. I envisioned us battling with the Pens and Caps at the top of the eastern conference instead we are battling the rest of the wannabes in the middle of the pack. We are currently tie for 12th place with only four points between us and 8th place so it is a tight clusterf*ck of teams just trying to survive. Homer has held out against making a trade that the blogging world and all of the talking heads have called for. But we will see if it can last.
