Tonight the artists formerly known as the Philadelphia Flyers take on the despondent Minnesota Wild. Tonight, just like every game since Christmas, is gigantic. The Wild are clinging to the idea of the playoffs while the Flyers are clinging to a playoff bid. Two clubs that would club a seal for two points meet in Souf Philly for what will be a low-scoring, intense game. I think the last off season tricked me a bit. I honestly expected the Flyers to be able to enter a game like this, against a lesser opponent and thoroughly control the entire game. If I had to predict tonight’s game in October, I’d say Flyers win 4-1. But that hasn’t been the case yet this year
