This series could be 3-0. This series SHOULD be 3-0. After Sunday’s dramatic overtime winner, the Flyers look to push the Devils to the brink tonight as they host game 4 of this best of seven series. After a game marred with penalites and dramatic finishes, Philly will look to continue its defensive mastery over the Devils forwards, while continuing to find holes in Marty Brodeur. This series has been exactly what one would expect when New Jersey and Philly square off. It’s been physical, tight and chippy. End-to-end action is replaced with puck posession and special teams play. Games like this can go either way, and thankfully, it’s been the extra effort the Flyers have been showing that’s garnered them a 2-1 series lead.
