The eight-day layoff between series was a key factor in the Flyers falling behind in the first period on Saturday afternoon. The Bruins looked rested enough but ready to play and the Flyers simply were not. Although moral victories don’t win you playoff series, it can give these guys some confidence going into tonight’s game.
