Oskars Bartulis didn’t have much of a chance to prove he belongs in the Flyers’ lineup. Playing his first game since Jan. 11, Bartulis was fishing for a loose puck at the side of the net when Phoenix Coyotes forward Scottie Upshall ran him over like a freight train, injuring his left shoulder. “Oskars is just standing there minding his own business,” Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren said. “It was a late hit and depending on how Oskars is, yes, I have a little bit of a problem with it.
