Today at 2 pm, Flyers defenseman Matt Carle and his wife Clancy will present a $10,000 check to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) at their outpatient care facility in Voorhees. After a recent visit to CHOP with his teammates, Carle began a twitter account and shortly announced that if he reached 10,000 followers, he would donate $10,000 to CHOP, which he reached in just 10 days.
