Flyers sign Jagr, Talbot, Lilja, Voracek

Talk about righting a wrong. Twenty-one years after failing to take him with the fourth pick of the 1990 NHL draft — they took Mike Ricci instead — the Flyers shocked the hockey world by signing 39-year-old Jaromir Jagr to a one-year deal worth $3.3 million. The Flyers have also signed third-line center Max Talbot, a hard-edged third-line center to a five-year deal.
