Having failed their three straight tests against top teams in the Eastern Conference, the Philadelphia Flyers (11-14-1) go into salvation mode when they return home today to take on another underachieving team, the Buffalo Sabres (9-13-3). The game starts at 7:30 p.m. EST and will be broadcast nationally on NBCSN.

This is the second meeting between the teams this season.
