Ron Hextall is coming back to Broad Street. The Philadelphia Flyers announced Monday afternoon Hextall will become the team’s Assistant General Manager and Director of Hockey Operations effective August 1. While some fans may have rejoiced in Hextall’s return, others speculated that the hiring of Hextall is a sign of future change within the organization
