(Philadelphia, PA) – Last night Philadelphia Flyers Simon Gagne and Danny Breire were caught night fishing on a boat that by day is used for duck tours and owned by the Herschend Family Entertainment Company. Charges are currently pending. “We don’t really know what to do about this one,” said Officer Randy Casey, who found the two Flyers forwards at 2AM. “There were two empty jugs of Carlo Rossi but neither of them were driving. As a matter of fact, Gagne looked like he had fallen asleep writing poetry on the boat’s dashboard and Briere was passed out with his face in an assortment of stinky cheeses in the passenger seat.
