There is a school of thought out there that the HBO documentary on the Broad Street Bullies might have hurt Fred Shero’s chances of getting in the Hockey Hall of Fame this year. I don’t buy it. Shero was up in the past and didn’t make it. He was up again this year. I nominated him for 2010. Anyone – any person, not just hockey writers _ can nominate someone to the HHoF.
